Our equipment for the decoration industry includes horizontal impregnation lines, short cycle laminating presses, and high-pressure lamination presses. These three types of equipment are widely used in the wood-based panel industry.
The horizontal impregnation line is available in widths of 4, 6, and 8 feet and can be categorized into one-step and two-step production lines based on the impregnation frequency. It is capable of continuously and precisely impregnating, coating, drying, and cutting materials such as wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, insulation paper, kraft paper, and balancing paper.
The short-cycle laminating press is used to permanently adhere resin-impregnated paper to the surface of wooden materials. Through high-temperature pressing, the resin in the impregnated paper penetrates the surface pores, achieving a strong bond with the fiberboard or particleboard.
The high-pressure press is designed to stack and form the impregnated decorative paper and kraft paper into sheets. The assembled sheets, along with various patterned templates, are then sent to the fireproof board hot press, where they are combined under high temperature and pressure according to process requirements to form semi-finished products. Finally, based on product specifications, the sheets undergo trimming, sanding, lamination, and quality inspection until the final products are completed.
These high-efficiency production lines are widely used in MDF surface lamination, plywood marine shutter board, melamine plywood, MDF flooring, and the production of HPL surface and core layer paper. Whether you're aiming to enhance board durability, improve decorative effects, or boost production efficiency, our equipment is tailored to meet your needs.
