Short Cycle Press Line is an advanced industrial manufacturing system primarily used in the production of laminated panels, such as melamine-faced particleboards, MDF (medium-density fiberboard). It is widely employed in the furniture, flooring, and interior design industries for producing high-quality, decorative, and durable wood-based panels.
1.Main Hot Press 1.1 Include: Frame, Oil Cylinder, Hot Platen, Hydraulic system, electrical system, temp-control system 1.2 Advantage: Pressure is adjustable, Cylinders can be grouped at different pressure. The precision of finished product can be controlled to ±0.1mm Long working life of Seal kits in Main Cylinder, can be replaced within 2 years.
2.Hydraulic System 2.1 Experts at Hydraulic system in China, to make sure its performance 2.2 Adopt the world famous accessories and components, to make sure long-term/stable working（ATOS、 Rexroth 、HYDAC） 2.3 Adopt Air Cooler（water-cooler will cause pipe leakage after long time, and water mixed into hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil will need to replaced.
3. Electrical System 3.1 Include： Control box、console table、operation box、display screen、electric cables、 junction box 、crane structure etc. 220~230KW Mold temperature machine, upper and down Hot Platen can be controlled separately. 3.2 HMI touch screen： Pressure/temperature/time as well as other technology data can be set and recorded as formulation Running of whole system is controlled by PLC
4.Brusher 4.1 Working principle： A rotating brusher to remove the dust and dirt on board surface 4.2 Include： Frame、Brusher、Extrusion wheel、Lifting Device、Safety cover、Motor etc.
5. Belt Loader 5.1 Working principle: Transport the sandwich structure into Hot Press 5.2 Include: Frame、Movable trolley、Servo driven system、pneumatic system etc.
6. Vacuum Unloader 6.1 Working principle: Transport the finished board from Positioning Table to corresponding conveyor table according to quality of finished board 6.2 Include : Vacuum Trolley, Liftable device, guide and guide frame, gear motor, electrical cables etc.
7. Trimmer 7.1 Working principle: cutting the edge of finished board 7.2 Include: Welded Frame, Pinch roller，Pinch disc Edge-Cutting device include smashing roller and Scraper. Equipped with Garbage-collecting Trolley
8. Cooler 8.1 Working principle: Slowly rotate each finished board to cool it to a regular temperature 8.2 Include: Welded Frame、shifting fork、gear motor、pneumatic components etc.
9. Vacuum Board Carrier 9.1 Working principle ： to carry the plain board, save labor. 9.2 Include：Welded Frame、Vacuum Trolley, Guide & Guide frame, electric hoist, electrical cables etc. Adopt high strength steel plate，not easy-deformable aluminum profile
10. Automatic Thin-Board Lamination 10.1 Working principle : can push each thin board one by one to conveyer roller table, will not cause several boards adhered together due to vacuum in middle.
