4.Front Tractor Device

Features: traction of raw glass fiber; steel plate and shape steel welded; two pieces of traction rollers with tension control feedback senor;
5.Web Impregnation

Component Assembly: Device Frame, back coating unit, breathing rollers/Sky rollers, doctor rollers, glue bath etc. Doctor roller diameter: Ø268mm; hydraulic glue bath hoisting device, NSK & LK house bearing, shape retention doctor cylinder.
6.Heating Chamber

Heating chamber contains heating ovens, exhausting system, temperature control etc. chamber length 3000mm each.

Heating media of thermal oil go through reflection plate (Q345). There is 8 temperature zone, each zone temperature is set separately to match variety request degree. Temperate adjustable range in 120~2500degree.
7.Cooling Chamber (water cooling & air cooling)

Features: cooling down impregnated Pre-Preg to surrounding temperature before cut.
8.Operating Platform

All drying section and cooling device segment operating platform with stairs.  Tailor-made design to meet client’s convenience operating demand
9.web-aligner with Cooling

Features: Adjust pre-preg. Movement in one line, avoid left and right shifting; Cooling down the temperature of pre-preg, prevent sticky on rollers to effect defective finishing
10. Rear Traction Device

Application traction movement after pre-preg is heating and dry. Device Frame by Steel plate and shape Steel welded. Two piece of traction rollers, Ø300mm; traction control with tension sensor.

11.2nd traction trimmer

 Qty. 1set, with 2sets of pneumatic margin trimmer

Feature: margin pre-trimmer before re-winding;

              Rotary cutter device with dust-collector jointer;

              Vacuum dust-remover by client;
12. Floating finishing Storage

Features: Non-stop operating when re-winding finishing;

              Pre-storage guarantee enough time to shift full roll of finishing;

              In case of rotary cutter issue, to store finishing to avoid pre-preg  damaged.
13. Arm-radial re-winder (duplex)

Features: Rewinding finishing of pre-preg after heating and cooling.
14. Finishing Cutter

There is a pair of feeding roller in front of cutter, feeding speed adjusted to match cutting length; feeding roller can also easy operate to regulate tension of PP tension before it goes into cutter; tolerance of cutting length less than ±1mm, diagonal tolerance less than ±2mm. PLC programming can record online cutting pages and length adjustment.
