How to build a MFC factory

MFC stands for'melamine-faced chipboard,’ and the vast majority of office furniture is manufactured with this material. There are a number of thicknesses used, but typically the industry standard is 25 mm thick. Some budget ranges are 18mm thick. Essentially, MFC is either of a real wood grain, which is repeatedly printed onto a melamine paper, or heat processed onto a sheet of chipboard. 

These panels can then be used to make furniture, and they're used in desks, workstations, cupboards, and pedestals. The colors available vary from factory to factory. MFC is available in a large number of plain colors as well, and special finishes too. 

We can see there are two kinds of raw materials: melamine paper + plain chipboard.  To start a MFC factory, you will need to buy the two materials or produce them by yourself.

·     If you plan to buy raw melamine paper + plain chipboard to produce MFC, you will need a short-cycle laminating press.

 If you plan to produce melamine paper + plain chipboard by yourself, you will need an injection line, a Board Production production line, and a short-cycle Laminating Press

#Impregnation Line is used for impregnating and drying furniture decorative paper, surface paper, balance paper, wear-resistant paper, and HPL surface & core papers for laminating with melamine resin or its modified glue or urea resin.We can make the finished product ”melamine paper”.

#Chipboard Production Line: As it needs big investment, we highly suggest you buy plain chipboard from outside as the start.
