NTRY offers both horizontal unwinder and shaftless arm radial unwinder systems, allowing us to tailor our solutions to meet specific client needs. For Placas Do Brazil, we provided a shaftless arm radial unwinder, known for its efficiency and ease of use. This system ensures smooth paper handling and prepares the material for the next stages of the process with minimal manual intervention.
Our impregnation device uses an enhanced dual breath model, which guarantees thorough impregnation of printed paper in the glue bath. The glue content pick-up is precisely controlled by adjusting the gap between two doctor rollers, ensuring consistent quality across the entire production line. This technology not only improves the adhesion properties of the paper but also enhances its durability.
Heating is a critical component of the impregnation process, and NTRY offers multiple heating sources including steam, thermal oil, overheated water, and CNG burners. Our latest design features a full panel vertical operating structure, which simplifies maintenance and improves overall operation. The heating chamber is designed for excellent paper stability, high-speed processing, low noise, and superior heat insulation, making it both efficient and user-friendly.
In the second coating stage, we use melamine formaldehyde to impregnate the paper. Melamine decorative paper offers numerous advantages, including reduced material usage, lower energy consumption, cost efficiency, and a beautiful finish. Additionally, it provides wear resistance, heat resistance, pollution resistance, and easy cleaning. These properties make it a popular choice in various industries such as furniture manufacturing, vehicle production, construction, shipbuilding, and interior decoration.
Our web-aligner ensures precise paper alignment by using an actuator driven by a cylinder and a servo motor to control the rectifying device. The system includes two chrome-plated rolls—one fixed and one movable—and uses infrared sensors to detect the paper's edge. The servo motor adjusts the paper's position, keeping it centered between the two sensors for optimal alignment and minimizing errors in subsequent processes.
The paper tractor features a main traction roller with an inter-layered design, incorporating a rotary joint and cooling water system within the large drum. The auxiliary tractor roller also utilizes an inter-layered design, with cooling water or tap water connections. This setup ensures smooth and consistent paper handling throughout the impregnation process, contributing to the line's overall efficiency.
Our rotary cutter system employs a sewing cutter mechanism to deliver high-speed, scissor-like sheeting for melamine impregnated finishing. The high-precision feeding roller, driven by a servo motor, guarantees accuracy in cutting length. Additionally, the paper feeding rubber roller is controlled by two cylinders, and a bell-shaped baffle is installed at the front to enhance safety during operation.
The automatic paper stacker is designed for speed and sensitivity, featuring a dual-layered structure. This advanced system quickly and accurately stacks paper, ensuring a smooth transition from cutting to final packaging.
